Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us 24 hours prior to your session start time, however, we do understand emergencies are timeless. Note: Deposit is non-refundable unless rescheduled at least 3 hours before your session start time and non-refundable for no call/no show. Rescheduling is only allowed 1 time per deposit, per booked session. The 2nd time you are not able to make your booked session, you must book again with an all NEW deposit.
