REFUND POLICY

Vibe Lab DFW Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vibe Lab DFW, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, reschedules, and refunds for studio sessions, event rentals, and bookings. Please review carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all studio sessions or event bookings.

  • Deposits secure your scheduled time slot and ensure staff and equipment availability.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully paid.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • You must cancel or contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled session start time to qualify for a reschedule.

  • Reschedules are subject to calendar availability.

  • If you fail to contact us or cancel within 3 hours of your session, the deposit will be forfeited and the session cannot be rescheduled.

3. Refund Policy

  • To receive a deposit refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 full days (72 hours) before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session start time will not be refunded but may still qualify for a reschedule (see above).

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without notice will forfeit their deposit and remaining balance.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may shorten your session or result in cancellation, depending on schedule availability.

5. Event Ticket Refunds

  • Event ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or postponed by Vibe Lab DFW.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

6. Studio Cancellations

In rare cases where Vibe Lab DFW must cancel or reschedule a session (e.g., emergency maintenance or staff illness), you will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule at a new available time.
