Vibe Lab DFW operates as a recording studio, event space, and creative hub based in Dallas, Texas.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or approved links.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Studio time begins and ends at the scheduled time — please arrive on time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Our Refund Policy applies to all sessions, tickets, and events.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for credit or reschedule options.

• No-shows or late arrivals forfeit the booking fee.

4. Studio Rules
To maintain a creative and professional environment:

• No smoking or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

• Food and beverages must be handled with care around studio equipment.

• Guests must respect staff, artists, and other clients.

• Damage to property or equipment caused by negligence will result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Event Policies

• Entry to events requires a valid ticket or registration.

• Vibe Lab DFW reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

• Event dates, performers, and lineups are subject to change.

6. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, photos, videos, and website content belong to Vibe Lab DFW unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written consent.
7. Liability
Vibe Lab DFW is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Injuries occurring from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.

• Cancellations or reschedules caused by unforeseen events (e.g., weather, power outage, technical issues).
