Cancellation Policy

Vibe Lab DFW Booking & Cancellation Policy At Vibe Lab DFW, we value your time and our engineers’ time. Please review our booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policy carefully before confirming your session. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Refunds To receive a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your scheduled session time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the session. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session if notice is given at least 3 hours in advance. Reschedules made less than 3 hours before the session start time will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another date. Reschedules are subject to availability and must be confirmed by a Vibe Lab team member. Late Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel or reschedule less than 3 hours before your session or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited. You must book a new session with a new deposit to reserve studio time again. Session Start & End Times Your booked time begins at your scheduled start time, not when you arrive. Please arrive on time to get the full use of your session. Agreement By booking a session with Vibe Lab DFW, you agree to this policy in full.
