Cancellation Policy

Early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable. Session start time: Your session begins at the time you booked it online, not when you arrive. Booking method: All Studio B sessions must be booked through the official Vibe Lab DFW booking system. If it’s not on the schedule, it doesn’t exist. Membership vs Ad-Hoc Access: Ad-Hoc Bookings allow non-members to book Studio B at the standard hourly rate. Studio B Membership provides recurring monthly access and discounted or priority bookings. Members must cancel their plan if they no longer wish to continue. No partial refunds for unused time. Booking increments: Members must book in 2-hour increments to keep the schedule flowing smoothly. Session wrap-up: Please stop recording 5-10 minutes before your session ends to allow time for saving and emailing files. Clean studio policy: Clean up after yourself and your guests. Cameras are in use and cleaning fees apply if left messy. Respect and professionalism: Everyone sharing Studio B is a professional — respect the space, the equipment, and each other. No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas or inside your vehicle. Vapes and hookahs are okay if done responsibly. No weapons. Firearms or assault-style weapons are strictly prohibited on Vibe Lab DFW premises. No horseplay. This is a creative space, not a playground. Positive vibes only. Leave bad energy outside — put it in the music, not the room. Vending machine: Available for you and your guests. Snacks are $1 cash or $1.25 via Cash App (@VibeLabDFW). After-hours policy: If you stay after 1 AM, ensure you and your guests have valid parking passes to avoid towing. Replacement passes are $15. Key usage: If you are given a key to lock up, return it to the dropbox immediately after your session or the next day. Membership payment terms: Monthly dues are due before the next term begins. Payment must be received no later than 4 days after the previous term ends. Failure to renew or pay on time automatically ends the membership and booking access. Violations & Termination: Rule violations that impact business operations or studio integrity may lead to membership termination or banned access after review.
